I Just Want to Celebrate

Sometimes your next step will be to celebrate an accomplishment. The celebration can be as simple as a pause for a moment of appreciation, or a quick Yay with a friend. Acknowledging achievement in this way is an important step if you want your success to be sweet.  

Would you be willing to try this right now? 

Bring to mind a time when you achieved something that was important or meaningful to you. It can be something current or from the past.

Now take a minute or two and think of the effort you used to achieve your accomplishment. 
Look at the steps you took. In what ways did you spend your time on this? Did you invest money? How did you use your creativity? Who helped you along the way? What did you enjoy about the journey? 
Appreciate all the energy that you used to get to this moment.

Don’t skip this important step. Practice celebrating at least once a day so it becomes a skill that comes naturally to you. See if you notice that life gets a bit sweeter as you do this.

  1. Hi Coach Cinder! I just posted my first blog post for a 7-day Challenge with Brandy Mychals and I also made some really good progress on a document I am preparing this week. Friday's are an easy day to find a reason to celebrate!
